Refund policy
We hope to create and maintain lasting relationships and help you succeed by providing a wide selection of corals and excellent customer service. We ensure that every coral you see on our site is WYSIWYG, healthy, thriving, and will be the exact coral you ordered. WE DO NOT use fancy editing software for our photos. All photos are taken with a canon r6 with a 18-55mm stock lens so you know it is actually the color you will receive.. Any corals shipped use the highest quality shipping materials and the most stringent packing procedures to help ensure that all corals arrive in excellent condition.
If your new livestock addition does not stay alive for the guarantee period we will issue you a store credit or replacement with the same coral. We do not cover any shipping costs for replacement orders unless more than half your order is DOA. Delays due to weather or mechanical failure which result in loss may not be covered under our guarantee.
Arrive alive Guarantee customer must email a pic/video day of receiving dead coral still in the unopened bag.
Coral are Guaranteed for 5 days after receiving them..
DO NOT refuse the shipment if box is leaking or appears damaged or guarantee is void.
All DOA coral will me replaced by similar item or credited on next order.
- Guarantee applies to shipments only, not local pickup.
- It is up to our discretion to void your guarantee if we believe your tank is not in suitable conditions to keep your animals alive and healthy.
- It is up to our discretion to void your guarantee if you have Non-reef safe fish (including, but not limited to; Angelfish, Puffers, Filefish, non-herbivorous Blennies, Triggers, Clown Gobies, or other non-reef safe Butterflies) residing in your reef tank. These fish in particular have been known to pick and/or eat corals and we will not be held responsible.
